30 Days Challenge for all the tough guys out there
- 30 days with no TV
- 30 days of 10,000 steps each day
- Cycling to work for 30 days
- 30 days with no Microsoft software or operating systems
- 30 days with no caffeine
- 30 days with no Twitter or Friend Feed
- 30 days with no sugar
- 30 days with no email after 10 pm
- Read the Tripitaka (a book containing Buddhist teachings)/Bhagavad Gita (or Bhagavath Geethai)/Bible/Qur’an in 30 days
- Meditate 10-15 minutes a day for 30 days
- Try one new thing a day for 30 days
- Write down one thing I’m thankful for each day for 30 days
