30 Days Challenge for all the tough guys out there

  • 30 days with no TV
  • 30 days of 10,000 steps each day
  • Cycling to work for 30 days
  • 30 days with no Microsoft software or operating systems
  • 30 days with no caffeine
  • 30 days with no Twitter or Friend Feed
  • 30 days with no sugar
  • 30 days with no email after 10 pm
  • Read the Tripitaka (a book containing Buddhist teachings)/Bhagavad Gita (or Bhagavath Geethai)/Bible/Qur’an in 30 days
  • Meditate 10-15 minutes a day for 30 days
  • Try one new thing a day for 30 days
  • Write down one thing I’m thankful for each day for 30 days
