Just what i was looking for.. Iconator does a good job and is so easy to use.. candybar was not bad as well..

Guess Candybar is not approved by Apple as I can't find it in the Apple app store.
Change Icons
Change wallpapers
Create shortcut menus
Create Icons and wallpapers using your own images
Not bulky like candybar or icon builder.

First time I tried Iconator, I thought it is broken because I didn't get the window shown in the screenshot when clicked from the applications. To see that the it gets launched in the menu bar.
