Recently I tried to stream TNL online and ended up listening to a loop. After digging into the problem I realized that the windows media player embedded in the website I used to stream is not supported in my mac (MacBook Pro, MAC OS X 10.6.4). I had Microsoft silverlite product, Fip4Mac installed too. I guess no online streaming in mac as long as service providers stick to windows media player. Well for the lovely lot who use windows, below are two links you can use to find most of our local (sri lankan) radio channels.

Did you try google chrome (in your mac)? I think they use the adobe flash player for chrome instead of windows media player.

Ok guys I found a solution. You have to install Flip4Mac and enable "open using rosetta" option in safari.

Actually this was suggested by one of ThE uSeFuL anonymous readers but unfortunately the comment is no longer visible. Don't know whether it got caught to blogger's spam screening :). Thanks for your help anonymous.
Btw, your links are missing two radio stations! ;-)

no need to "switch to safari & open using rosetta" pfft what bull crap... the kind folks at TNL RN have added a flash based player and it works great on chrome for mac (btw flash comes natively on chrome for mac now)... so there, problem solved! enjoy 101.7 TNL rocks!
